Chocolate can make you slimmer!?

We have all heard how dark chocolate can boost your mood and is good for you because of it's anti-oxidants, but a recent article in the November issue of Women's Health magazine cites even more great reasons to indulge; dark chocolate is rich in compounds that lower blood pressure and boost energy. It also can help with weight loss (regular chocolate eaters were slimmer than those who abstained altogether in a recent study), and as anyone who is addicted to their favorite chocolate can tell you, it lights up the same reward centers in your brain as other addictive substances.
